Structural Carpentry

- Roof structure repairs and modifications
- Installation of new structural elements to support the conversion
Roofing and Rooflights

- Restoration of original roof features
- Installation of new rooflights to enhance natural lighting in the apartments
Internal Carpentry

- Crafting and installing bespoke staircases
- Fitting of internal doors, including restoration of original features where possible
- Installation of skirting boards and architraves
Floor Installation

- Laying of new floor joists where required
- Installation of subfloors and finish flooring in keeping with the building’s character
Restoration Work

- Careful restoration of original wooden features
- Replication of period details where originals were beyond repair
